Small choices. Good crunch.
Your next snack,
with a little more thought.
Choose a kind of crunch and where you will eat it. We’ll bring together a couple of practical ideas, with serving, swapping and packing notes.
Ideas are for general adult snacking. Check actual ingredient and allergen labels, and choose what suits you. The builder does not assess allergies or calculate nutrition.
A couple of possibilities
Make room for crunch.

The finishing touch
A good idea
should travel well.
Keep the crunch separate
Add dry toppings just before eating. A small, dry container keeps popcorn, crackers and crisp fruit away from moisture in yoghurt, dip or cut vegetables.
Chilled ingredients need a cold plan
Follow the storage and use-by instructions for dips, yoghurt and other perishable ingredients. At work, use a fridge. When travelling, use an insulated cool bag with ice packs. If you cannot keep chilled food cold, choose ingredients labelled for ambient storage instead.
Two ideas to start with
Try a bowl of popcorn with a whole pear alongside, or serve roasted chickpeas with cucumber and a separate pot of yoghurt dip. Adapt the ingredients to your needs and read the linked guides before preparing them.
